Frequently Asked Questions

When should I expect my order? 

Custom orders are designed and made within 5-8 business days. Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number. Most shipping carriers will deliver the order within 5-7 business days from dispatch. 

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Switch/Maestro and Solo. 

I haven't received my order yet. Can you give me an update?

When your order is processed and handled, you should receive a tracking number. You can track your order on our website with the tracking number.

It might take some time after the tracking number has been sent for it to be registered. Please wait patiently if the tracking number doesn't work immediately.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What can I do?

You should have received an order confirmation with either an email or text message to your phone number. If you didn't, check your spam folder as well.

If you can't find a confirmation, you most likely have entered your email incorrectly. Contact us at support@goodbarks.com and we will sort it out for you.

Can my order be changed once completed? 
Please notify us within 4 hours of placing the order if you would like made any modification to the order. After this time we cannot guarantee it can be changed due to orders being printed almost immediately

Your products are great! Can I get a discount for my next order?

Thanks! We will let you know about our promotions, but we recommend not to wait too long, because our products have limited quantities.

Can I cancel my order?

If your payment has gone through, you unfortunately can't cancel your order. It is always best to contact us at support@goodbarks.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Refunds/Returns 

We do not offer any refund on any personalized products as a proof will be sent for your approval before print. If you have issues with your purchase, do not hesitate to reach out to support@goodbarks.com and we will try our best to help you out!

For non-personalized products, refunds or returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your order date. 

I never received my order. What can I do?

Please allow several weeks for delivery. If you don't receive your order within 21 days and you can't track your shipment, please contact us at support@goodbarks.com and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

The product is broken.

We carefully check each items before sending them out, but sometimes damage happens during delivery. Contact us with pictures at support@goodbarks.com and we will send you instructions for a replacement. 

 

I only received a part of my order. Why?

If you order more than one product at a time, you might receive them at a separate time. We use multiple carriers and suppliers to provide the best rates and shipping times. Due to this, different products can be sent separately. You will be issued a tracking number for each separate product if they are sent from a different location!

The site doesn't work correctly. I can't place my order.

Please, contact us at support@goodbarks.com with detailed description of the problem and the platform you are accessing it from. We will address the issue as soon as possible.
